Ramapo College, Passaic Schools Establish Partnership

MAHWAH, N.J. – Ramapo College of New Jersey has entered into a partnership with Passaic Public Schools/Passaic High School, effective immediately.

The goal of the partnership is threefold: to strengthen the relationship between both faculty, who will work to develop advisory boards in areas such as curriculum development and new program development; to establish an opportunity for Passaic students to earn Ramapo College credits through specially designed coursework; and to participate in promotional and other recruitment events on the College campus for PPS/PHS programs.

“We are excited to work together with Ramapo College to develop opportunities for our students at Passaic High School,” said Jeanette Torres-Gomez, Interim Principal, Passaic High School.

Ranked among the top colleges in the region by College Choice and recognized by, among others, U.S. News & World Report, Princeton Review, Colleges of Distinction and Victory Media as a “Military Friendly College,” Ramapo College is committed to academic excellence through interdisciplinary and experiential learning, and international and intercultural understanding.
