At around 4:15 this afternoon Fire Companies 1, 2, 3, 4, and EMS responded to a residence on Airmont Avenue for working structure fire.
Company 1’s Engine 115 was first on scene along with Battalion 2., and found the first floor engulfed in fire.
J. Chase, along with T. Loreto made the initial attack to bring the fire under control.
Fire crews worked for approximately 4 hours to extinguish the blaze.
