“I’ve thought about that meet every time I’ve stepped on the track since then,” said Lumsden, who won the 55 and 200 at the meet Wednesday.”It taught to be disciplined and to be focused and stay sharp no matter where I am.
“I think track is a part of football, a big part,” said Lumsden, who anchored the 4-x-400 relay to an easy win this time and added a personal best of 5-10 in the high jump.”I think the second question every college asks me is whether I do track or how well I do in track.
