Sherer is the Chairman of the Planning Board and by appointing him, the Mayor has only further demonstrated that he is either extremely corrupt or extremely incompetent.
In conclusion, there is much we cannot prove about Mahwah’s Mayor but in my view, no matter how corrupt he likely is, the fact remains that he is, at the very least, incompetent as a leader.
