The Township Council voted in June to prohibit out-of-state residents from Mahwah parks – a ban that Bergen County Prosecutor Gurbir S. Grewal has directed local police not to enforce, citing possible constitutional violations.
On Thursday night, the council voted to prohibit nearly 40 activities in Mahwah’s 10 public parks.
