MAHWAH, NJ – The police department’s newest officer is a lifelong township resident.
Kantanas is the 160th officer to work for the department.
Mahwah Police Chief James Batelli congratulated Kantanas on his accomplishment.
“He will be a great asset to the agency, reflecting the new generation of officers who are becoming police officers with innovative ideas and concepts to further the law enforcement mission,” Batelli said.
