Mahwah Man Dealt Drugs In Town, Prosecutor Says

MAHWAH, NJ – A township man was arrested Wednesday and charged with selling hash-oil in town, authorities announced.

The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office receiving information in May that Joeluis A. Ramirez, 25, of Hilltop Road, was selling controlled dangerous substances in Mahwah, county Prosecutor Gurbir S. Grewal said.

Ramirez distributed several vaporizer cartridges containing THC hash-oil in May to an undercover detective from the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office in town, Grewal said.

Ramirez was charged with distribution of hash-oil within 1,000 feet of Don Bosco Preparatory High School, distribution of hash-oil under five grams and possession of hash-oil under five grams, Grewal said.
