Yesterday just before 5am Mahwah Fire and many additional firefighters from the from the surrounding area responded to Franklin Turnpike for a large fire inside of a commercial building. The first arriving firefighters found the fire had extended through the second floor and roof. Firefighters were able to extinguish the blaze and ensured that it had not spread to the neighboring businesses.
