The current one – Chris Porrino – already filed a nine-count lawsuit against Mahwah because of the eruv ban and park restrictions.
Mahwah cannot afford expensive litigation it will surely lose, but it is not just that Mahwah would surely lose that is important to note- Mahwah was wrong from the start.
