The Mahwah Police Department and the Mahwah Municipal Alliance are sponsoring the screening.
The film chronicles stories from four people that closely examine the problem of addiction, the impact drugs and addiction have on society and the “Broken treatment system,” Mahwah Police Chief James Batelli said.
Director Jenny Mackenzie will discuss the film during a panel discussion and question and answer session after the screening.
The Mahwah Municipal Alliance will provide material and information about services and help that is available to those suffering from substance abuse.
