WYCKOFF, N.J. — A Franklin Lakes home renovator was charged with stealing tools in town and in Mahwah and Wyckoff.

Brian A. Hoeverman, 36, who three weeks ago was charged with heroin possession in Fair Lawn, remained free pending court action.

Wyckoff police charged him with two break-ins, one involving a construction trailer on Timberline Drive that was reported Aug. 28, Soto said.

Less than a week later, Fair Lawn police charged Hoeverman and another man, 33-year-old Robert Ferri of Wyckoff, with having drugs and syringes in their car during a stop on northbound Route 208 at Maple Avenue.
