The Mahwah Environmental Commission will be holding a ribbon cutting of the new Winters Pond Rain Garden. The ceremony will start at 10:30 AM on September 23, 2017 and will be held at the intersection of E. Ramapo Ave and S. Railroad Ave in Mahwah.
